Conditions of Sale

To qualify to buy wholesale, you must be actively involved in the wholesale or retail redistribution of plants, i.e. landscape contractors, building contractors, nurseries, and garden centers. We are not staffed to handle retail customers, nor can we quote them wholesale prices. You are welcome to accompany your clients to the nursery, but please do not send your clients to the nursery by themselves.

Terms of Sale

Our terms are due on receipt. After doing business with us for six (6) months, customers can apply for a 30 day credit account. A service charge of 2% will be applied to all accounts over 30 days. All accounts over 60 days will be converted to a cash-only basis. All accounts over 90 days will be turned over for collection with costs of collection and the finance charges added to your balance. Invoices are received by the customer at the time of sale and/or delivery. As of this time we do not mail invoices. There is a $35 service charge for all returned checks. Please do not hesitate to call about your account.

Guarantee

We guarantee our plants to be healthy and true to name. Due to conditions beyond our control, we offer no warranty, expressed or implied, on our plants once they leave the nursery. Any problems must be reported within 3 days of sale in order to be considered for adjustment. Botanical Treasures will gladly correct problems that are our fault, but cannot be held liable for any amount greater than the purchase price of that plant. All plants are subject to prior sale.
